Old town Kyoto but plenty of space
Nice location in the old town, very clean apartment and lot of space. Our family of 2 adults and 3 grown up teenagers enjoyed our stay.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Property was perfect for a family and location was excellent. Apartment was spotless. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Great apartment! Loved the location. Would definitely book this place again!
A family of 6 . Had 3 bedrooms, the master had its own bathroom and shower. Really well maintained and so clean. we loved the apartment and the location. It is 2 blocks from Nishiki market area with tons of restaurants, shopping and food! Lawson mini mart and lots of shops are right across the street. We felt really safe. It was tranquil and comfortable at night. We spent a week here and still didn’t see all the shops and sights around. We walked to Gion and the big shopping district too. An added bonus is that the washer/dryer is in the apartment. The cleaners came every other day which was just the right schedule for us. Our teenagers loved the location, as did the adults. Highly recommend this place for a family.
The only negatives to were that the inner two bedrooms didn’t have windows but it didn’t affect or stay at all, and they only have two keys for the apartment that 6 of us shared, but we worked it out. Kyoto station is a bit further, but we would still prefer staying at this place over Kyoto station unless we had train excursions daily.
